Terms & Conditions

• My registration fee is not refundable even if my submitted artwork is not accepted.
• All of my submitted artwork is for sale and my accepted artwork will remain for sale through the show.
• I will receive 80% of the sale price of my artwork that is sold at the show. CFA will retain 20% of the sale price.
• Liability and insurance of my artwork is my total responsibility.
• My accepted artwork may be used for CFA publicity purposes.
• I have on file and available to CFA if needed, model releases from all recognizable persons in my artwork.
• I or someone I designate in writing will deliver and pickup of my accepted artwork during the periods stated in the Prospectus.
• My submitted artwork is entirely my creation and does not contain artwork of others.
• My accepted artwork is or will be ready-to-hang with hanging wire. (No other hanging method is acceptable.)
• My name, phone number and title of the artwork will be securely attached to the back of my accepted artwork.

  Image Size and File Type Requirements

• Longest side of image: between 960 pixels (px) and 4600px. For an easy way of doing that, please click "Tips for Entering" on the navigation bar at the top of this page. 
• Only JPG, JPEG, and PNG image files are accepted.

Artwork Size Requirements

Submitted artwork must not exceed 30 inches wide and 30 inches high, including the frame.
